What are some clues that we in fact live in a matrix, a computer simulation?

Frankly, I never did like the expression "computer simulation" but it still is good enough for the current purpose. We exist only in the mind of the Supreme Being.

The first clue to note is you did ask this question by accident and the second clue to note is your consciousness is a reflection of a higher consciousness.

If you understand that your personal consciousness does not belong to you, is entrusted to you temporarily, and is a relection of a Higher Consciousness, you have taken the first steps in the direction to getting to the answers that you seek.

The universe is filled with that which your personal consciousness finds pleasing, even mesmerizing. If your mind is not cluttered with cacophonous waves, waves and signals that cause interference with your subjective consciousness.

Key to understanding is to declutter your mind and understand what breathing means. The lower is a reflection of the higher. Harmonic motion and circumambulation are related concepts that are well expressed in the universe.

We can extract information to find out the source code of the universe in order to conform to it when we decide to construct buildings on it. These buildings will be more durable on top of appearing beautiful.
