Ontological aesthetics

Ontological aesthetics is defined as the understanding that the universe is created with aesthetics in mind, exploring the relationship between aesthetics and ontology.

It critiques subjective-anthropological conceptions of beauty and defines an ontological conception of the beautiful, emphasizing the unity of beauty's being and rejecting traditional metaphysical dichotomies.

This approach seeks to redefine aesthetic experiences from a non-reductive perspective, reflecting recent trends in philosophical aesthetics.
