The human body and resonance phenomenon associated with it

The human body and resonance phenomenon associated with it is a fascinating topic that involves physics, biology, and psychology.   Resonance is the phenomenon of amplification that occurs when an external force or vibration matches the natural frequency of a system or an object 1 .   The human body is composed of various systems and organs that have different natural frequencies and can resonate under certain conditions 2 . Some examples of resonance in the human body are: The   chest cavity   can resonate with low-frequency sounds, such as those produced by the heart, lungs, and blood vessels. This can affect the breathing rate, blood pressure, and heart rate of a person.   Some studies have suggested that exposure to infrasonic vibrations (below 20 Hz) can cause various physiological and psychological effects, such as nausea, dizziness, fatigue, anxiety, and fear 3 . The   head-neck-shoulder system   can resonate with medium-frequency sounds, such as those produced by speech, music,
